"I don’t have time"

“I don’t have time” is the most common BS excuse, but it’s just a myth. Let’s break it down.

Even if you’re working 60 hours a week, there are ways to make fitness a part of your life

1. Micro-workouts are game-changers. 10-15 minutes of high-intensity movement can boost energy, burn fat, and improve cardiovascular health. No need for a 60-minute session!

2. Incorporate compound movements—squats, push-ups, deadlifts. You’ll hit multiple muscle groups in one move. Efficiency is key for the busy professional.

3. Block out 30 minutes on your calendar 3-4 times a week, just like a meeting. You wouldn’t cancel a meeting with your boss or an investor, so don’t cancel on yourself.

4. Fitness doesn’t always require a gym! Use bodyweight, resistance bands, or a kettlebell in your office or living room. Your body is your best piece of equipment.

5. Sneak in activity—take the stairs, walk during calls, or use a standing desk. Movement adds up over time.

6. Stop waiting for “perfect conditions.” Start small. Commit to consistency over intensity. It’s a marathon, not a sprint
