Alcohol steals

Hey Reader

Alcohol steals from the very things people say they want:

– energy
– leanness
– recovery
– focus
– mental health

Then they wonder why progress feels hard.

Removing alcohol only shrink improved my life.

Reader Can you relate to this??

P.S. Most people don't need more restriction.

They need better structure.

Here are my 5 steps to drop 5Kgs

These 5 simple steps will help you drop your next 5kgs without cutting out your favourite foods or starting over every Monday.

1. Tighten Your Eating Window

You don’t need to eat less you just need to eat less often.
A 10 to12 hour eating window keeps insulin lower, reduces snacking, and helps your body burn stored fat automatically.

Why it works:
- No calorie counting
- No extra effort
- Your body naturally shifts into fat‑burning mode

2. Increase Protein at Every Meal

Protein keeps you full, stabilises blood sugar, and prevents cravings.
Aim for 25–35g per meal.

Simple swaps:
- Add Greek yogurt or eggs at breakfast
- Add chicken, tuna, or lean beef at lunch
- Add salmon or steak at dinner

This alone can drop 1–2kgs without changing anything else.

3. Walk 8–10k Steps Daily (Without “Exercising”)

You don’t always need more gym time you need more movement.

Walking burns fat, reduces stress, and improves digestion.
And it doesn’t spike hunger like intense cardio.

How to sneak steps in:
- Park further away
- Take calls while walking
- 10‑minute walk after meals

This is the easiest fat‑loss accelerator on the planet.

4. Drink More Water + Electrolytes

Most people are dehydrated and dehydration slows fat loss, increases cravings, and kills energy.

Aim for 2–3 litres per day plus my ketao electrolytes to keep your body balanced.

Benefits:
- Less bloating
- Better digestion
- More stable energy
- Fewer cravings

5. Follow the “2 Good Meals” Rule

You don’t need a perfect day.
You just need two solid meals.

If breakfast goes off track?
Lunch + dinner on point = still progress.

If dinner goes off track?
Breakfast + lunch on point = still progress.

This rule removes guilt, resets your mindset, and keeps you consistent long‑term.

Hey Reader So why is Fasting not in your healthcare system? No funding for trials that recommend eating less. No drug attached. No curriculum time in medical schools. I dont have Time !

Hey Reader “I don’t have time” is the most common BS excuse, but it’s just a myth. Let’s break it down. Even if you’re working 60 hours a week, there are ways to make fitness a part of your life 1. Micro-workouts are game-changers. 10-15 minutes of high-intensity movement can boost energy, burn fat, and improve cardiovascular health. No need for a 60-minute session! 2. Incorporate compound movements—squats, push-ups, deadlifts. You’ll hit multiple muscle groups in one move. Efficiency is key...

But the mechanism of building muscle is identical. Muscle doesn’t care about gender. It responds to stimulus and support. The real foundation looks like this: • Progressive overload (strength increasing over time) • Enough protein (actual building block

Hey Reader That's a lazy take ! Every human on this planet has the capacity to build and maintain muscle. Same biology. Same process. Same requirements. The difference? Men have more testosterone → higher ceiling Women have less → lower ceiling But the mechanism of building muscle is identical. Muscle doesn’t care about gender. It responds to stimulus and support. The real foundation looks like this: • Progressive overload (strength increasing over time) • Enough protein (actual building...
